What is included and
what is not?
INCLUDED:

Professional skipper: Minimum RYA or IYT Yachtmaster Offshore or Ocean, commercially endorsed with STCW Basic Safety, First Aid, and Medical Care training. Experienced first mate with minimum STCW Basic Safety certification. If there is a maximum of nine guests, then one additional experienced crew member with Basic Safety certification.

Personal safety equipment: Gill Ocean Heavy Weather Gear and a Crew Saver Extreme 270N automatic personal flotation device with integrated safety harness+teather and automated AIS MOB personal locating beacon. In cold waters, Hansen Protection SeaSwim MSAD III, breathable drysuit, and Brynje tactical arctic thermal suit, are, tether, provided for all onboard.

Berth for guests in 4 double berth cabins: (8 comfortably, on which could be expanded to 10) if wished. Charging of phones and personal devices with USB connectors. Pillows and blankets provided, sheets and/or sleeping bag and towels to be brought.

Food & drinks onboard: Selected with sustainability priorities (organic, locally produced, high vegetarian content as much as possible), after dietary requirements from all persons. Eating out will be paid for each expense. Alcohol is not allowed during passages.

Sustainable lifestyle: Hrimfare crew sails under a Sustainability Policy when onboard that includes the galley (kitchen), utensils, detergents, recycling facilities, and zero waste ambitions and dialogues.

Charts and nautical publications: Up-to-date sea charts and pilot books are included, and access to the onboard library.

Fuel: Renewable energy (sun, wind, water) is mainly used, but the engine and genset are sometimes needed. Propane is used for cooking.

Harbor and marina fees: including extra charges for power onboard.

Access to satellite communication: At personal expense when outside cell phone coverage.

Satellite tracker: AIS transponder provides positioning of the yacht, which enables tracking.

Safety briefings and sail training: Mandatory for all onboard. Team-building elements are included in the educational passages.

Inflatable dinghy: Available with outboard engine in natural harbors for marine environment exploration.

Activity equipment: fishing gear, dive compressor, and dive gear is available, and ample storage space for clients' own sports equipment.

Pop-up exhibition tent: Available in harbors to showcase the project and expedition.

Repositioning of yacht: Starting and ending position within the Baltic and Scandinavia is included free of charge for charters exceeding 14 days.

Polar bear protection: a heavy caliber rifle is included in a weapon safe, polar bear deterrents and protocols provided.

Extensive ship's pharmacy: Cat A emergency medicines and beyond compliance medical equipment, and Advanced Medical Care trained personnel.
NOT INCLUDED:

Personal and Travel Insurance: Hrimfare has insurance, including maritime protection and indemnity insurance for skippered charter.

Insurance addition: For Arctic Sailing and Svalbard rescue insurance addition. Price increases can be shared between projects for the whole season.

Travels and accommodations: Traveling to and from Hrimfare at the crew members' expense.

Delays: Coverage of extra costs incurred to guests if arrival is delayed due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Planning with several days spare time between participants departing and new parties arriving is recommended. Re-bookable travel arrangements are recommended.

Personal expenses: Costs on land when visiting harbors and marinas.
